David Borrás is a Partner of Arthur D. Little based in Spain. David leads locally our “Energy & Utilities” and “Industrial Goods & Services” practices.
He advises clients in the industrial, energy and financial services sectors on corporate strategy, growth, operations and re-organization. He also has extensive experience in serving clients in regulation, capex management, corporate finance, risk management and innovation across different industries.
Before joining Arthur D. Little, David was, for three years, managing director for strategy and corporate development at Grupo Electro-Stocks, a wholesaler of power components. Prior to that, he spent nine years at McKinsey & Co supporting utilities, industrials and financial services clients in strategy, M&A, growth and corporate transformation. David started his career at HP as a manufacturing engineer.
David Borràs earned a Master of Science at Stanford University (USA) and engineering degrees at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (Spain) and Ecole Centrale Paris (France).
